[11/9, 10:04] Venkatesh K E:
Bhagavad Gita consists 18 chapters.

1 Arjuna vishada yogam 47 slokas;it consists of all crying like a just born baby to 5 years. baby wants everything whatever sees, unable to decide, what is eligible or what is useful, but wants and cries for everything baby sees. Arjuna's state of mind will be the same, who ever sees in the battle field are his own and he wants everyone.
2 Saankya yogam 72 slokas 6 to 10 years of age. In these parents try to bring us to adjust to this world. During childhood one will be pampered like any thing, but in this stage Child will also try to understand and parents will try and make him prepared to face the world. Here in this stage child will leave childishness and learns how to behave in this world. Arjuna's stage is also same, Krishna prepares for war and he has to face all the persons, who are relatives, gurus, friends and more.
3 Karma yogam 43 slokas : 11 to 15 years of age. It's high school stage for us. Child is prepared to face the world in primary school stage, but still not mature enough. So, Karma, Dharma one has to know and get knowledge, so that one can achieve his goal in life. Arjuna gets route, a way for his understanding Karma and Dharma.
4 Gnana yogam 42 slokas; from 16 to 20 years of age. in this age duration, generally everyone will be in their College; Intermediate and Undergraduate and learn different subjects like Science, Commerce, Engineering, Medicine, Agriculture, Civil, Mechanical, Law, Bio technology or some other science.
5 Karma sanyasa yogam 29 slokas: 21 to 25 years of age. Not exactly sanyasam. But one will go to University for further studies, leaving his family or for a new Job in far away place. I am relating to Sanyasam as leaving family behind and go for searching a good job. Though Arjuna got lot of clarity from 4 chapters, still he is in a dilemma. Leaving behind all and gaining more knowledge.
6 Atma samyama yogam 47 slokas: 26 to 30 years of age. In this stage, one has to attach his soul in the work and involve. May be soul mate will also come in this stage, we can relate also with this chapter.
7 Vignana yogam 30 slokas: from 31 to 35 years of age. in college we have learnt Knowledge about subject and in this period one will learn real knowledge, Wisdom from the World
8 Akshara para brahmha yogam 28 slokas 36 to 40 years of age. one will be attaining perfectness in this stage. Like a complete man, I am relating like this stage of life with 8th chapter.
9 Raja Vidya raja guhya yogam 34 slokas: 41 to 45 years of age. you observe almost all will be like Kings, royality in their life, they will be at their peak of their career, achievements will be great. though they may get Vice President post before retirement, they will be happy for a Manager post at this age.
10 Vibhuthi yogam 42 slokas 46 to 50 years of age. Everything seems to be our self only. we want the best of all and achieving also. As Krishna tells Arjuna that he is the best of all, like Vasanta ruthuvu, margasira masam, what ever best on earth.
11 Viswa Rupa sandarshana yogam 55 slokas: 51 to 55 years of age. I am relating this chapter as Krishna shows complete picture of himself, one will be perfect in all aspects, in this stage of life.
12 Bhakti yogam 20 slokas : 55 to 60 years. this is a pre retirement stage and one will be moving from Samsara life to Bhakti side. As children will be settled at this stage, less tensions, more shift towards health and Bhakti.
13 Kshetra kshetragna vibhaga yogam 34 slokas: 61 to 65 years of age. This is just retirement stage, one will take care of their body (kshetram), lot of precautions and lot of restrictions will come. As an youth, we will eat whatever we can, at this stage one cannot go freely. so, lot of care is taken of one's body.
14 Gunatraya vibhaga yogam 27 slokas: 66 to 70 years of age. In this stage, one will have full knowledge, complete knowledge desires moksha, not worldy things.

15 Purushottama prapti yogam 20 slokas: 71 to 75 years of age. To attain moksha, one should decentralise his duties to the respective youngers of his family and keep himself from all 'bhandam' and 'pratibandham'. Ultimate sukha is to know the God in his own swarupa. This some how we call it as 'vairagya'
16 Daivasura sampadvibhaga yogam 24 slokas: 76 to 80 years of age. As told in 15th chapterto attain moksha, what are the qualities one should have and what qualities should not have is described in this chapter.
17 Shraddatraya vibhaga yogam 28 slokas: 81 to 85 years of age. Lord Krishna says one should do karma in aprincipled and perfect way. But Arjuna says in this chapter, how one can know which is right karma, instead of, one will go on doing pujas and danas.
18 Moksha sanyasa yogam 78 slokas : 86 to 90 years of age. In this chapter Lord Krishna describes what is knowledge, karma, moksha and attain 'moksha sanyasam'

above 90 years I describe as Swarga rohana parvam

As per my knowledge I have related and correlated to day to day of life. Bhagavadgita is just a book on how to behave with our selves, with others, with elders, with youngers, with society, with state.

Wishes on Gita Jayanthi
